Welcome to Exercise for Cellulite. My name is Anna and I contribute to this blog to help as a guide for anyone who is looking for exercise to reduce cellulite. This blog is generally about exercises for cellulite and I want to remain committed to that goal. Recently however I came across this video and it changed my life.

As many of you know I have been struggling with cellulite for years now. I had been primarily successful through diet and exercise, but in all honesty there was always some of the issue that would not go away no matter what I did. In recent years that last stubborn bit of cellulite just would not go away. No matter how much exercise for cellulite I did. I even used other forms of dieting like HCG Injections, but it seems that some things would just not work. I found this video online while researching something completely different.
It made some pretty wild promises, but I’ve checked it out and believe it or not… IT WORKS! I’m still a proponent of exercise as the primary method of treating cellulite, but this video is really worth checking out. Stay stong ladies and remember to love your body no matter it’s shape.
