In this post I am going to give you some more tips and 3 best exercises for cellulite.There are many things that you will read about cellulite on the internet on how to get rid of cellulite. Many people will tell you that it is cardio exercise that works the best in dealing with cellulite. Whilst others say that it is muscle toning exercises. So what is the truth? The answer is that it is a combination of both types of exercise.
You need to choose a good muscle exercise as well as a good cardio and fat burning exercise to combat cellulite. Since it is often the “thunder thighs” which is where most women get their cellulite (me included) this is one of the main areas you need to focus on. Squats are a good exercise to choose to tone muscles and tighten up the thigh and butt areas. So not only will this improve the skins appearance and cure cellulite. But it will also help to burn fat and give you a toned and lifted butt and legs.
There are literally loads of different types of cardio available to reduce body fat and beat cellulite. Swimming is a really good exercise and helps to tone your muscles at the same time. This helps to workout your belly, legs, arms and pretty much every muscle in your body, including your heart. This is important to start the fat melting process.
Another exercise that is good for curing cellulite is the lunge. These are pretty self explanatory. They tone the thighs and again the butt. These exercises won’t really do much for your stomach area however. If you have cellulite on your stomach then you will need to find a good belly exercise to tone and strengthen that area. Such as situps. These are a good exercise for this area of the body. It is really high intensity and really does work but in combination with cardiovascular workouts.
