  • Cellulite Exercise

    Its been a while since I posted so I will be writing a post today about the different kinds of cellulite exercise that you can do to reduce cellulite fat in the areas where you have it. I will be discussing the different exercises for the different areas, such as the tummy, legs, thighs and butt.

    The squats

    This exercise is great for toning the muscles in the thigh and the butt. Stand with your back straight and arms at a 90 degree angle in front of you. Bend your knees slowly until you have reached the classic squat position. For the best effect you need to hold this position for a few seconds and then stand back up again. You should do this for about a minute and then rest. You can do as many sessions as you think you can each day. You can increase the number of sessions you do each day as you become stronger.

    If you are not very physically fit then you may need to start with just a few and then work up to doing more. You will find them alot easier as your muscles start to strenghen. You will find that your cellulite legs disappear very quickly if you stick to this each day. You do not have to do it every single day each week. Give yourself a day off here and there if you want to.

    Exercise for arm cellulite

    More and more people are developing cellulite on their arms. The obvious answer to this is just to do arm exercises to tone the muscles underneath. The two main muscles in the arms are the biceps and the triceps. Working these two muscle groups is actually quite easy. You can do bicep curls (weight exercises) with some small hand weights each day. You work the triceps when you lower the weights. This is an ok way for women exercise. It will not cause major muscles to form like a bodybuilder. This is not a high impact movement, it is a lower exercise which will work directly on the muscles. It will also helo to get rid of fat better than reducing calories on some weight loss diet.
