    Of all of the areas on the body, the thighs are probably the area where most people feel uncomfortable with the appearance. This is mainly because of the way that cellulite can form around this area and cause a bumpy texture to form causing the classic cottage cheese texture look. There are many ways to get rid of cellulite and a simple exercise for thighs and the bum can be the answer.

    The thighs can be toned in a very simple way you just need to know the right technique in order to do this. Just take a look at a classic thigh exercise such as the squat. This is a popular anti cellulite exercise that has been around for a very long time. You don’t need any equipment to be able to do it right. You just need a little floor space to be able to workout using this exercise for toning thighs and butt area. It even tones up the hips too. It also works as an anti cellulite workout if you do it right and stick to it. The problem with most people when they workout is that they do not stick to the routine. This does work if you do it right and keep at it.

    The technique for this exercise for thighs is as follows:

    You can do this using a wall and this is actually known as a wall squat. Start off by leaning with your back against a wall. Stand with your knees shoulder width apart and then slide down the wall. This movement is to be done slowly and steadily. Let your weight move down the wall gradually and do not rush. Do these slowly and concentrate on your muscle workout.

    Exercise really is the best cure for cellulite that you can get. Forget anti cellulite creams and lotions that do not work, such as bliss cellulite cream . If you want an actual cellulite cure then you need to take these cellulite exercises regularly. You need to do these at least 3 times a week or everyday to see some improvement within a few weeks.

    There is another cellulite exercise that you can use. This is especially good for people who have cellulite on thighs and on the bum area. This is a leg stretch that works the muscles down the back of your upper thigh and the butt. You need to lie on your back with your legs in the air. Bring your left leg and rest your foot on the right thigh. Pull this left leg up to your chest with your hands. You should do this with your leg in a bent position. You should hold this movement for around 10 seconds. You should be able to feel the muscle being worked. Only do this if you feel comfortable. Don’t push yourself too far when doing this exercise.
