			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know this blog is supposed to be about exercises for cellulite and I want to remain committed to that goal.  Recently however I came across <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://exerciseforcellulite.org/goto/http://3cebcez3ue8mtx37q-qcnm4l5o.hop.clickbank.net" >this video</a> and it changed my life.  As many of you know I have been struggling with cellulite for years now.  I had been primarily successful through diet and exercise, but in all honesty there was always some of the issue that would not go away no matter what I did.  In recent years that last stubborn bit of cellulite just would not go away.  No matter how much exercise for cellulite I did.  I even used other forms of dieting like <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://exerciseforcellulite.org/goto/http://www.trimnutrition.com/hcg-injections.html" >HCG Injections</a>, but it seems that some things would just not work.  I found this video online while researching something completely different.  It made some pretty wild promises, but I&#8217;ve checked it out and believe it or not&#8230; IT WORKS!  I&#8217;m still a proponent of exercise as the primary method of treating cellulite, but this video is really worth checking out.  It turns out I was DOING MY EXERCISES WRONG! To think of all the time I wasted&#8230;  Now I know I was doing cellulite exercise wrong.  Stay stong ladies and remember to love your body no matter it&#8217;s shape.<br />

<p>The famous actress Jessica Alba has admitted that she actually has cellulite. She says it has developed since giving birth to her daughter. The 28 year old start has openly said that she doesn&#8217;t mind having cellulite on her thighs and not even the stretch marks either. There aren&#8217;t any pictures that you can often see in the paper taken by a paparazzi reporter etc. You can often find these with stars with cellulite like Rihanna who often wears such revealing clothes as to not have her cellulite problem hidden.</p>
<p>I think if this teaches us anything about beauty and appearance it is that even celebrities aren&#8217;t perfect and that you can still look great even with a little bit of cellulite on thighs and legs and butt. There are plenty of other celebrities that have cellulite and live with it. People like Mischa Barton who have cellulite really badly end up sticking with it. There are obvious causes in this case though because it is reported that Mischa Barton actually smokes. This is one of the major causes of severe cellulite and should be avoided for healthy skin and the rest of your body. With other celebrities, a healthy lifestyle could improve the appearance of cellulite naturally.</p>
<p>Stars in Hollywood are notorious for unhealthy lifestyles. They drink alcohol, party late, crash diet, eat junk food and generally avoid a healthy lifestyle. These are major causes of cellulite and lumpy skin and should be avoided to cure cellulite naturally. For good skin health you should eat a  diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy fats, plenty of pure water, low sugar, no fizzy drinks or sodas and the list goes on. You should also make sure you get enough sleep each night so that your skin can heal and repair itself properly. Generally just live a healthy life, alot of this is common sense. Everyone knows that junk foods and fizzy drinks are bad for you and healthy food and natural water is good for you.</p>

There are many ways to get rid of cellulite and a simple exercise for thighs and the bum can be the answer.</p>
<p>The thighs can be toned in a very simple way you just need to know the right technique in order to do this. Just take a look at a classic thigh exercise such as the squat. This is a popular anti cellulite exercise that has been around for a very long time. You don&#8217;t need any equipment to be able to do it right. You just need a little floor space to be able to workout using this exercise for toning thighs and butt area. It even tones up the hips too. It also works as an anti cellulite workout if you do it right and stick to it. The problem with most people when they workout is that they do not stick to the routine. This does work if you do it right and keep at it.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>The technique for this exercise for thighs</strong></span> is as follows:</p>
<p>You can do this using a wall and this is actually known as a wall squat. Start off by leaning with your back against a wall. Stand with your knees shoulder width apart and then slide down the wall. This movement is to be done slowly and steadily. Let your weight move down the wall gradually and do not rush. Do these slowly and concentrate on your muscle workout.</p>
<p>Exercise really is the best cure for cellulite that you can get. Forget anti cellulite creams and lotions that do not work, such as bliss cellulite cream . If you want an actual cellulite cure then you need to take these cellulite exercises regularly. You need to do these at least 3 times a week or everyday to see some improvement within a few weeks.</p>
<p>There is another cellulite exercise that you can use. This is especially good for people who have cellulite on thighs and on the bum area. This is a leg stretch that works the muscles down the back of your upper thigh and the butt. You need to lie on your back with your legs in the air. Bring your left leg and rest your foot on the right thigh. Pull this left leg up to your chest with your hands. You should do this with your leg in a bent position. You should hold this movement for around 10 seconds. You should be able to feel the muscle being worked. Only do this if you feel comfortable. Don&#8217;t push yourself too far when doing this exercise.</p>

<p>The squats</p>
<p>This exercise is great for toning the muscles in the thigh and the butt. Stand with your back straight and arms at a 90 degree angle in front of you. Bend your knees slowly until you have reached the classic squat position. For the best effect you need to hold this position for a few seconds and then stand back up again. You should do this for about a minute and then rest. You can do as many sessions as you think you can each day. You can increase the number of sessions you do each day as you become stronger.</p>
<p>If you are not very physically fit then you may need to start with just a few and then work up to doing more. You will find them alot easier as your muscles start to strenghen. You will find that your cellulite legs disappear very quickly if you stick to this each day. You do not have to do it every single day each week. Give yourself a day off here and there if you want to.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise for arm cellulite</strong></p>
<p>More and more people are developing cellulite on their arms. The obvious answer to this is just to do arm exercises to tone the muscles underneath. The two main muscles in the arms are the biceps and the triceps. Working these two muscle groups is actually quite easy. You can do bicep curls (weight exercises) with some small hand weights each day. You work the triceps when you lower the weights. This is an ok way for women exercise. It will not cause major muscles to form like a bodybuilder. This is not a high impact movement, it is a lower exercise which will work directly on the muscles. It will also helo to get rid of fat better than reducing calories on some weight loss diet.</p>

<p>There are many things that you will read about cellulite on the internet on how to get rid of cellulite. Many people will tell you that it is cardio exercise that works the best in dealing with cellulite. Whilst others say that it is muscle toning exercises. So what is the truth? The answer is that it is a combination of both types of exercise.</p>
<p>You need to choose a good muscle exercise as well as a good cardio and fat burning exercise to combat cellulite. Since it is often the &#8220;thunder thighs&#8221; which is where most women get their cellulite (me included) this is one of the main areas you need to focus on. Squats are a good exercise to choose to tone muscles and tighten up the thigh and butt areas. So not only will this improve the skins appearance and cure cellulite. But it will also help to burn fat and give you a toned and lifted butt and legs.</p>
<p>There are literally loads of different types of cardio available to reduce body fat and beat cellulite. Swimming is a really good exercise and helps to tone your muscles at the same time. This helps to workout your belly, legs, arms and pretty much every muscle in your body, including your heart. This is important to start the fat melting process.</p>

<p>The basic problem regarding cellulite is that there are many different causes. If they are part of your diet and lifestyle they can be a major factor in your cellulite problems. I know that I was committing some of these no no&#8217;s in my daily lifestyle, but not all of them. I think age was something of a factor in my case, but I still managed to get rid of it anyway.</p>
<p>Here are a few causes of cellulite:</p>

So no one expects you to be constantly down at the gym or running around with your kids every minute of the day, but not moving around enough and getting enough exercise can cause cellulite to form. These are quite easy. Start slowly at first and then build up to it. Whether you like it or not, exercise for cellulite really does work. You will find yourself losing weight as well as helping cellulite disappear.</p>
<p>2&gt; Eating sugary foods. Everyone lovers to eat chocolate and sweet foods, especially after a long day. but as well as leading to weight gain, did you know that they cause cellulite? These are things like sweets and candy as well as quick releasing carbs like potato and bread.</p>
<p>3&gt; Bad fats are really bad. this probably isn&#8217;t news, but they can also cause cellulite to form.
